Leonardo’s senses
An immersion experience in one of the most charming Tuscan places: the Valley of Mills of Vinci. Uniting trekking with introductive practices of Forest Bathing, we’ll plunge into Leonardo da Vinci’s childhood places, where from a very young age, thanks to his experiments and observation of natural phenomena, he installed an empathic relationship with nature. With some simple activities we’ll try to imitate his method to reawaken our senses through sounds, colours and scents of the environment around us and I’ll show you how this activity can give us relief from the stress and anxiety caused by the frenzy of everyday life. I’ll also tell you the history of this place, where we’ll find numerous mills from the 15th century and the ruins of the “Barco Mediceo”, ancient hunting reserve of the Medici family.
